Before you upgrade
Do I need the free plugin?
Yes. DaazSync PRO is an extension and requires the free DaazSync plugin to be installed and active — PRO will not load without it.
Will PRO replace the free plugin?
No. PRO adds features on top of the free plugin. Both stay active side by side, and all PRO settings appear inside the same DaazSync settings screen.
Which AI provider do I need?
Any one you like — OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Groq, or a custom API-compatible endpoint. You bring your own key and pay that provider directly. See AI Summaries.
What’s the difference between Starter and Agency?
Identical features — the only difference is license scope. Starter activates on 1 site; Agency activates on unlimited sites under one license. See Unlimited Mode.
Does full-text extraction work on every site?
It works on standard server-rendered article pages. Sites that require JavaScript rendering, a login, or that block automated requests may not return usable content.
What happens if a feed keeps failing?
Feed Health tracks consecutive fetch errors and emails your admin address once the failure count hits the configured threshold (default: 3). You can reset the counter manually from the Health tab.
